Day 1: Morning
Start your exploration by visiting the Virupaksha Temple, the heart of Hampi's spiritual and cultural heritage. It has the second largest Gopuram in India.
Day 1: Afternoon
Head to the nearby Hemakuta Hill for stunning panoramic views of the temple complexes and surrounding landscape.
Day 1: Evening
Attend the Light and Sound show at the Hampi Bazaar, shop souvenirs, handicrafts, and local delicacies.
Day 2: Morning
Rise early to catch the sunrise from Matanga Hill, reference of Matanga rishi of Ramayana. It offers breathtaking vistas of the Hampi ruins.
After breakfast, head to the Vitthala Temple complex to explore the famous stone chariot and the marvelous 56 musical pillars.
Day 2: Late morning
Visit the Royal Enclosure, which includes the Lotus Mahal, Elephant Stables, and the Queen's Bath.
Day 2: Afternoon
Conclude your weekend with a relaxing boat ride on the Tungabhadra River, offering serene views of the Hampi landscape. The rides are available till around early evening.

Early morning, climb the 575 steps to the top of the Anjaneyadri hill, birthplace of Lord Hanuman.
