Where is it located?
The Vijaya Vitthala Temple is located in Hampi. Hampi is part of the Vijayanagara ruins, which are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Try to visit early morning from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM for cooler temperatures or late afternoon from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM as the heat of the day starts to subside.
Ticket cost
The entry fees for Indian adults as well as adults from SAARC and BIMSTEC countries is INR 30 per person. The entry charges for adults from any other country is INR 500 per person. Entry for children from any country under the age of 15 years is free.
Parking nearby
The parking is about 1 km from the temple. There is a village road leading from the parking lot of Vijaya Vittala Temple to the main entrance of the temple.
Shoes allowed?
Vijaya Vitthala Temple is not an active temple. You can wear shoes and there is no strict dress code.
Things to be careful about
Be careful about uneven surfaces and dressing modestly for the temple. Other than that, take care of the heat and hydrate yourself.

Hampi gets very hot and sunny, so be sure to stay hydrated by carrying water and wearing sunscreen and a hat and avoid taking valuables.
